Killer Morning WOD!

I used a barbell with 15# on ether ends for the hang clean-front squat – push press, and a 10# kettle bell, since that’s all I have at the moment (otherwise, 25# would be optimal). And in 25mins, I was able to know this out about 4.5 times!
